Summer Pop-ins

Please note: Summer Pop-in sessions are only open to those who have already attended a term's course, either Wheel Throwing or Pottery workshop, as Pop-in sessions do not include tuition

Why not pop-in over the summer and practice your skills, ready for September? Sessions run from 21st July through to 27th August on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, each costs £45 and lasts 2.5 hours

Make something and chat to fellow potters.

To create, trim and glaze all your items over the summer, as places are limited, it is advisable to book and pay for 2 or 3 sessions (depending on the size and number of items you are making) at the same time. When booking a group of sessions, leave a week's gap between them to allow time for drying.

You can make approximately three small or one large item per session which will be bisque fired, ready for you to trim and glaze in your next session. You will need a clear idea of what you plan to make, ready to discuss with Michelle when you book.

It is your responsibility to contact The Pottery to arrange collection of your piece. Due to lack of storage space, items must be completed by the end of the August and collected no later than 4 weeks after firing.
